Graduate of Mississippi College; Attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Fort Worth, Texas. Presidential Candidate 2016 Constitution Party; effective May 2016, North Central Texas Regional Chair. MSDOT Right of Way Division, Owner Copeland Consultants and Genesis Home Healthcare, worked for Michael Baker Engineering, Pipeline Land Services, Link Field Services and other private survey firms.Previous Pastor, Missionary, Minister of Youth, Director of Missions, Executive Board of the Southern Baptist of Texas Convention and served on the Credentials Committee of the Southern Baptist ConventionProducer of a Radio Sports Show on WSLI.

David Pipkin
Born in Houston, TX, David graduated Westbury High School and attended college at HCC and the University of Houston before entering into a career in the private sector. David is married with a daughter and two step-daughters, and he is proud to be "Gran-David" to four grandchildren. He assumed his first role with The Constitution Party of Texas in 2016 as the County Coordinator for Harris County before moving to Montgomery County in September of 2021. David accepted an appointment to serve as Vice Chair in December, 2021. He has owned DLP Entertainment since 1998 and has enjoyed a successful career in Real Estate/New Home Sales since 2014. Previously, David served as a Class Director for Bible Study classes on two separate occasions with Second Baptist Church, Houston. He was also active in Music Ministry at Second Baptist Church, Houston, and at Cypress Fellowship Church in Cypress, Texas. In 2017, David helped to found "The Wine, No Whine Show" - a livestream show where he served as a model for advancing Truth through civil discourse and where he persistently championed the cause of returning to the model of government prescribed by our founders as a proud representative of The Constitution Party of Texas. David is proud and honored to continue to serve that Cause in his new role.

Kristie Van Eaton
Kristi graduated from Kaplan University with a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Hospitality and Event Management. She founded Texas Sage Events and enjoys helping clients create and execute successful events. Kristi and her husband have been involved in deaf ministry for the past 24 years, planting deaf ministries in several churches around the Houston area. They currently pastor Family Deaf Ministry in Porter. Kristi began her involvement in politics in 2009, hosting a meeting for Glen Beck’s 9/12 Project. She then organized the Tax Day Tea Party that year, on the steps of the Montgomery County Courthouse in Conroe. Kristi also hosted townhalls and various campaign launches. Not long after, she was elected as Precinct Chair for Precinct 3 and served for 8 years. In 2016, she found her home at the Constitution Party of Texas, where she enjoys helping Montgomery and Harris County citizens fight for life, liberty, and prosperity. Kristi’s main interests are the 2nd Amendment, legal immigration, pro-life, and home school issues.
